Run for your LIFE

It's time to get busy getting in shape, before I completely lose my shape for good.


4 weeks ago Kyle and I started the Couch to 5K program with the encouragement from my sister in-law Paige who has become quite the runner these days.

This program takes you from literally sitting on the couch

to being able to run a 5k if not more


Our goal is to run in the Turkey Trot with Paige and Todd on Thanksgiving.

  1. I'm so glad you posted about this! I've been saying I want to do a half marathon for so long, but I'm not exactly a runner. I didn't know how to get started...so thanks. When we get back I think I'll start the "Couch to 5k" program.

  2. I have the Couch to 5k app for my ipod and I love it! It tells you when to walk and when to run. You should try it out!
